Ingredients: Lard, Castor Oil, Coconut Oil & Goat Milk & lemongrass essential oil.

How it works;

Saponification: Lard (animal fat) reacts with lye (sodium hydroxide) to form soap, breaking down its greasy nature into cleaning agents. (Lye is no longer in it after 48 hours because of the saponification)

• Grease Cutting: The resulting soap molecules have water-loving (hydrophilic) and oil-loving (hydrophobic) ends, allowing them to encapsulate grease and dirt, making them washable with water.

• Effective on Cast Iron: Traditional lard soap cleans without harsh chemicals, preserving cast iron seasoning better than commercial detergents.
