SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY

Shipping will be calculated prior to submitting your payment at checkout. If it ends up being cheaper than what you paid, you will be issued a refund on the difference for shipping.

You have the option to ship or *local pick up.

Please allow up to 7 Business days for your order to ship out.

I can not control what happens during transit!

*If you are doing a local pick up, please make sure your contact information is left in "add note" so that we can reach you to schedule a pick up. 

If you need to reschedule the pick up, please reach out 1 hour before our agreed time.

If I am unable to get ahold of you after 1 week when order is ready to schedule a pick up, we will cancel the order and refund you. 

If we schedule a pick up and you do not show or respond at the meet up time, I will cancel the order and 10% will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for exchange or refund 10 calendar days after delivery of product. Items must be in NEW, UNUSED OR UNALTERED condition. Items must meet the following requirements:

  • No signs of use or damage in anyway

  • Must not be a custom or special order

  • Must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately! Items that are defective and shipped from us with qualify for store credit.

If a product has gone bad before the indicated time on the container, we will refund you or remake your item. No charge!
